Feeding
Mollies are nearly exclusively plant and algae eaters. They enjoy eating algae growth in the aquarium, and will graze endlessly on it, looking for choice patches to nibble.
Good quality tropical flakes should meet their requirements provided there is a reasonable growth of algae in your tank. Small amounts of chopped boiled spinach make a good substitute if your tank lacks algae.
Remember to remove any left overs half an hour after feeding so the water does not spoil.
Tank mates
The following fish are of similar size and nature, and will happily fit in with Mollies;
Bristlenose plecos
Cherry barbs
Corydoras
Dwarf gouramis
Rosy barbs
Tetras
Shrimp.
